Set roughly 600 feet off the road for privacy, with two newer barns, a professionally engineered 100′ × 250′ arena with all-weather GGT footing, a 100′ mirror wall, and twelve four-board paddocks — several irrigated. The facility is suited to jumpers and dressage professionals alike, and a competition-sized dressage arena is available for use. Room remains to build a custom luxury residence.

Additional Amenities

Each barn has its own fly-spray system, with Nelson automatic waterers and automatic iFeed feeders in one and direct water access at every stall in the other — both supplied with reverse-osmosis water; every stall is matted and fitted with its own fan.

Rider amenities include private lounges, on-site laundry rooms, and excellent lighting throughout, plus a WiFi-accessible sound system mounted in the arena. The property sits high and dry, draining so well that even the arena sheds water within minutes of a heavy Florida rain. It’s protected by an ADT security system and an extensive 4K surveillance system, served by high-speed internet throughout, and crowned each evening by some of the most spectacular sunsets in South Florida.

Approach

It began with a passion for all things equine — competing with a love for the arts, until the two collided; a place for both to live together. Time at the Savannah College of Art & Design and the Columbus College of Art & Design showed how fulfilling it is to create spaces where both can coexist.

A good farm holds together the way a good photograph does — light where you want it, clean lines, nothing wasted — and it should sit easily on the land it’s built on.

Behind the Camera

Katherine Kuss

Katherine Kuss

For Katherine, farms and horses were less a hobby than an inheritance — her great-grandfather was a cattle rancher, her visits there spent riding the family’s Tennessee Walking Horse. At eleven, her mother — also an artist — found her a horse of her own, and she hasn’t been without one since. She studied photography and film editing at the Ohio Institute of Photography & Technology, then SCAD and CCAD, before a love of breeding performance horses took over and led her into farm development.

Windy Knoll

A storm could have been the end of it. Instead, the old shed that once stabled Thoroughbreds became the start of something new — Seasons rebuilt the damaged frame into a stage-and-event barn, trading stalls for string lights, live music, and a dance floor under the old beams.
